Shipping & delivery

The shipping costs depend on the delivery country and your total purchase amount. The excact shipping costs will be informed upon checkout. Do you want to know the shipping costs and possible free shipping limit before checkout, please see the table below.

Orders will usually be shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 working days - from the time we receive your order in the system. However, all customers who pay by credit card will be subject to a validation, and MarMar Copenhagen reserves the right to postpone the delivery of an order if we believe that additional security checks are needed.

European orders are sent with DHL, Bring and local carriers and orders outside Europe, will be shipped with DHL Express.

You will receive an email with shipping information when your package is on its way. Please note that the email sender name could be: Coolrunner, Homerunner, Bring, DHL, DHL Express or local carriers. MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for delays during delivery. The carrier is responsible.


Delivery and shipping costs

Please find your delivery information below. Delivery dates mentioned below are including handling time from warehouse which may take 1-2 business days. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link (sender name: Coolrunner, Homerunner, Bring, DHL, DHL Express or local carriers). Depending on the courier, the link might not be active within the first 2 business days.


Local taxes and duties

Please note that, depending on your order and delivery country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties receipt of your package for which MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Countries where this applies is for example Norway, US, Switzerland and Israel.


Delivery to parcel shop/access point

In case your order has been delivery to an access point, please make sure to collect your package in time, to prevent it to be returned to us. If your package is return to us, freight expenses will be deducted from the amount credited to you.



Unfortunately, MarMar Copenhagen only has the option to make changes or cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone:
