Shipping & delivery

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, but during sale periods the delivery time may be longer. However, all customers who pay by credit card will be subject to a validation, and MarMar Copenhagen reserves the right to postpone the delivery of an order if we believe that additional security checks are needed.

You will receive an email with shipping information when your package is on its way.

MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for delays during delivery. The carrier is responsible.

Europe: Free delivery on all orders above 110 EUR. For purchases below 110 EUR, the shipping costs depend on the delivery country and your total purchase amount. The exact shipping costs will be informed upon checkout. However, the shipping costs will be approx. 9-29 EUR. European orders are sent with PostNord, UPS or DHL. Delivery time depends on recipient country and shipping method.

Rest of the world: Free delivery on all orders above 135 EUR. For all orders outside Europe, shipping costs depend on the country of shipment and your total purchase amount. The exact shipping costs will be informed upon checkout. However, the shipping costs will be approx. 20-40 EUR. Orders are shipped with DHL, UPS or Fedex, and delivery time depends on recipient country and shipping method.

Notice regarding shipping to UK: We are currently not shipping orders to UK.

 

Local taxes and duties

Please note that, depending on your order and delivery country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties receipt of your package for which MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Countries where this applies is for example Norway, US, Switzerland and Israel.

 

Delivery to parcel shop/access point

In case your order has been delivery to an access point, please make sure to collect your package in time, to prevent it to be returned to us. If your package is return to us, freight expenses will be deducted from the amount credited to you.

 

Cancellation

Unfortunately, MarMar Copenhagen only has the option to make changes or cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone:
