Right of withdrawal
We accept returns within 30 days after receipt of your order. If you wish to return your purchase, please notify us by email within the 30 days. Please send us an email at shop@marmar.dk. Please note: We offer extended returns until January 17th, 2025 to accommodate Christmas gift shopping.
Once MarMar Copenhagen has been notified that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
You cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the order without notifying us at the same time.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs if you regret parts of your purchase.
Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that only part of the freight charges will be refunded.
Some goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to for example very large orders. The cost of returning these goods is expected to amount to maximum 75 EUR.
Return
Once MarMar Copenhagen has been notified that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
For some countires we offer digital returns through our return portal (pls. see return option 1) and for other countries shipping costs and any other expenses associated with the return must be booked and paid by the customer (Pls. see return option 2 below).
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure the returned items are packed safely to prevent any damage to the products.
Return option 1:
We offer an easy and digital return process for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden.
You can buy a return label via our return portal HERE. The price for a return label as well as other relevant information can be found in the table below. After creating the return in our portal, you will receive an email with the return label that must be attached to the package.
In the return package you must enclose a completed return form - download it HERE.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed. Damage caused during transport is your responsibility. If the goods are not received in their original condition and packaging, we can make a deduction in the refund corresponding to the goods' decrease in value.
Always remember to save your shipping receipt. Lost return packages are not MarMar Copenhagen's responsibility.
Return option 2:
Costs related to the return are borne by you and you choose the carrier.

How to return your goods:
Download your return form HERE
- Please send your return items to us no later than 14 days after you have given notice that you wish to cancel the purchase.
- Fill in the return form and send it together with the items you want to return. Remember to write your full name and order number.
- Please make sure to pack the return items safely to prevent any damage to the products.
- We only accept business delivery (not parcel shops/access points). We recommend that you choose a shipping method where you receive a track and trace number.
Always remember to save your shipping receipt. Lost return packages are not the responsibility of MarMar Copenhagen. Costs associated with the return are paid by you and are not covered by MarMar Copenhagen.
We always recommend return packages to be send with track and trace, to follow the package.
Returning Item(s) from Promotional Offers
Returning items from an order with a free gift:
If the items you are returning reduce the order total below the required amount for a free gift, please include the gift in your return. If the gift is not returned, the original price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Returning items from a 3-for-2 offer:
When returning items purchased as part of a 3-for-2 offer, the entire offer should typically be returned together. If you choose to return part of the offer and keep individual items, the discount will be removed from your refund. This means you will pay full price for the items you choose to keep.
Did you receive a gift from MarMar Copenhagen?
If you received a gift from MarMar Copenhagen and wish to return it, the amount will be refunded to the buyer’s original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the amount to another account – if you would like a refund, please reach out to the gift giver. Alternatively, in some cases, we can issue a gift code for the amount, which will be sent directly to you as the gift recipient. Please contact us via email before returning the gift if you would like this option.
Replacement
If you wish to exchange an item to a different size, color or style, please place a new order on our webshop. Please send back the item you do not want to keep, by following the instructions stated above.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason it that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the article in this original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.
Refund
As soon as we have received and accepted the returned items, the refund will be issued. Please note the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used for purchase of the items, minus import taxes or import duties incurred, if any. The original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.
