Our terms and conditions apply when you order items from our website, www.marmarcopenhagen.com. Therefore, we advise you to read through all below mentioned terms and conditions before you start shopping on marmar.dk. If you do not understand parts of the terms and conditions, we recommend that you contact customer service before you start shopping on the website.

The webshop is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. We do our best to update the website and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information are correct. Typographical errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information may occur, and sometimes we discover that the prices on items are incorrect.

Please note the website might temporarily be down for maintenance. To the extent possible, we try to perform such maintenance services during the night.

Among other things, we reserve the rights to cancel an order in one of the following situations:

  • Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified
  • Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activities
  • There is an inadvertent error on the website, such as a payment error or the like

 

ORDER CHANGES

MarMar Copenhagen is not able to make changes to your order after it has been completed. Therefore, please make sure that everything is correct before you check out. Please contact our customer service if you made a mistake while placing your order – they are ready to help you.

 

PRICES

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the currency EUR and are inclusive 25% Danish VAT.

Customers shopping from a country outside EU must accept local taxes and duties may be added for which MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible.

 

SECURE PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

 

The payment will not be drawn from your card until your order leaves our warehouse.

No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive an item that is not in a perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the items passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive it.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs, within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of ordinary wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our Personal Data Policy. that explains how we use the personal data that you provide in connection with the ordering procedure, and your use of the website in general.

 

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

In case you wish to complain about items purchased from us, please contact our customer service. You can contact our customer service by phone 0045 31633536 or email shop@marmar.dk.

You may also submit a complaint about items purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via www.forbrug.dk.

You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

 

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any contracts concluded between us using these terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark. As a consumer you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.
