The following general terms and conditions relate to the offering and sale of products on the website www.marmarcopenhagen.com, which are owned and maintained by:

MarMar Copenhagen's webshop is open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. The website may be temporarily down due to maintenance. You must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can get an adult to place the order for you.
How to shop at marmarcopenhagen.com
Find the product you like and choose your desired size, then click "Add to cart".
Once the desired products have been added to your shopping cart, you can click on the shopping cart icon and the “Show cart” button in the top right corner to see the contents of the cart or go directly to checkout.
Continue the purchase process by filling in your contact information such as name, delivery address, etc.
Make sure your delivery address is correct. Select the desired shipping method and click on "Continue to payment method".
Once you have entered your credit card information and clicked on the "Complete Order" button, you have made a binding agreement to purchase the items you have selected.
At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. Once we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount on the order. We do not withdraw money from your card at this stage, but the amount might be reserved on your account. This is a normal process with banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not authorized, your order will not be processed further, and we will contact you by email with further information.
Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an confirmation by email, including the terms and conditions of your order. When we ship your order, the amount will be charged to your credit card.
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Maestro.
The payment will not be drawn from your card until your order leaves our warehouse.
We do not charge credit card fees. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you.
Shipping and delivery
Europe: Free delivery on all orders above 80 EUR. For purchases below 80 EUR, the shipping costs depend on the delivery country and your total purchase amount. The exact shipping costs will be informed upon checkout. European orders are sent with PostNord, UPS or DHL. Delivery time depends on recipient country and shipping method.
Rest of the world: Free delivery on all orders above 135 EUR. For all orders outside Europe, shipping costs depend on the country of shipment and your total purchase amount. The exact shipping costs will be informed upon checkout. Orders are shipped with DHL, UPS or Fedex, and delivery time depends on recipient country and shipping method.
Orders will usually be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 working days - from the time we receive your order in the system. However, all customers who pay by credit card will be subject to a validation, and MarMar Copenhagen reserves the right to postpone the delivery of an order if we believe that additional security checks are needed.
You will receive an email with shipping information when your package is on its way.
MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for delays during delivery. The carrier is responsible.
Please note that, depending on your order and delivery country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties receipt of your package for which MarMar Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Countries where this applies is for example Norway and Switzerland.
In case your order has been delivery to an access point, please make sure to collect your package in time, in order to prevent it to be returned to us. If your package is return to us, freight expenses will be deducted from the amount credited to you.
Unfortunately, MarMar Copenhagen only has the option to make changes or cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone:

Right of withdrawal
We accept returns within 14 days after receipt of your order. If you wish to return your purchase, please notify us by email within the 14 days. Please send us an email at email@example.com.
You cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the order without notifying us at the same time.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs if you regret parts of your purchase.
Once MarMar Copenhagen has been notified that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
Shipping costs and any other expenses associated with the return must be paid by you.
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure the returned items are packed safely to prevent any damage to the products.
We always recommend return packages to be send with track and trace, in order to follow the package.
The items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. Therefore, we do not accept returns without hangtags. We reserve the right to reject a return if the items have signs of use.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the above address, which is MarMar Copenhagen's warehouse. We do not accept parcels sent to parcel shops, drop-offs or collection points.
How to return your goods

- Please send your return items to us no later than 14 days after you have given notice that you wish to cancel the purchase.
- Fill in the return form and send it together with the items you want to return. Remember to write your full name and order number.
- Please make sure to pack the return items safely to prevent any damage to the products. We only accept business delivery (not parcel shops/access points). We recommend that you choose a shipping method where you receive a track and trace number.
Always remember to save your shipping receipt. Lost return packages are not the responsibility of MarMar Copenhagen.
Costs associated with the return are paid by you and are not covered by MarMar Copenhagen.
If you wish to exchange an item to a different size, color or style, please place a new order on our webshop. Please send back the item you do not want to keep, by following the instructions stated above.
As soon as we have received and accepted the returned items, the refund will be issued. Please note the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used for purchase of the items, minus taxes or import duties incurred, if any. The original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Right of complaint
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that you entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months.
If you have a complaint, please send us an e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a photo of the item, you have a complaint about. If your complaint is justified, you can either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
If a refund is justified, you will receive the refund no later than 14 days after we have approved the complaint. If the complaint is justified, and you have sent us the item, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The item must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

All product designs, product names and content on marmarcopenhagen.com are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without the prior written permission of MarMar Copenhagen (web). These terms and conditions are subject to Danish law and any dispute regarding this website, its services or these terms and conditions must be settled by courts in Denmark.
MarMar Copenhagen always strives to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be held liable for these errors or changes and neither MarMar Copenhagen (web), nor any employee or representative of MarMar Copenhagen (web) can be held liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
